Exposition to be held on Cayuga Island, between the cities of Buffalo g'°“'·°°°‘ and Niagara Falls, in the State of New York, in the year nineteen ‘ hundred and one, merits the encouragement and approval of Congress and of the people of the United States. Sec. 2.
