Also the unsurveyed lands described as the west half of the west half of the southeast quarter aud the east half of the east half of the southwest quarter of section twenty-six, township two north, range twelve west, San Bernardino meridian, when regularly protracted, containing eighty acres, more or less. Also a tract of land consisting of forty acres at the terminus of said _ right of way at Mount Lowe: Provided, That all minerals, including °*°·· °" coal, in all of said right of way and lands hereby granted are reserved to the United States. — Sec. 3. That the said right of way and lands for stations, hotels, ,,,*§}§‘,}*j’,{,‘§,?,’Q;§’§°;,'§f astronomical observatories, seminaries of learning, and other purposes _ granted hereby are intended for the use of said Pasadena and` Mount Wilson Railway Company, its successors and assigns, and in case of the sale of said Pasadena and Mount Wilson Railway and its appurtenances by act of the corporation or under decree of court, all of the rights and benefits hereby granted shall vest in the owner or owners for the time being of said railway line and appurtenances. CHAP. 224.-—An Act Granting the right of way to the Pensacola and Northwestern Febrvfy ¤9·1¤¤¤- Railroad Company over and through the United States naval and military reserva- ";;** tions near Pensacola, in the State of Florida. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Pensacola and North- NP ¤l;¤¤¤¤<>1¤ and western Railroad Company, a company organized under the laws of the NKY §§’,2°,f,§“,£,‘f{.{g States of Florida and Alabama, is hereby granted the right of way one xy ;*;j_···;Q·_g·*¤¤· hundred feet in width through the reservations lying near Pensacola, ramen: rn. °°°’ in the State of Florida, known as the naval and military reservations.
