EX<=°¤*i"° Umm For contingent expenses of the Executive Office, including stationery therefor, as well as record books, telegrams, telephones, books for library, miscellaneous items, and furniture and carpets for offices, care of office carriage, horses, and harness, two thousand dollars. To pay amounts found due by the accounting officers of the Treasury on account of the appropriation “Contingent expenses, Executive OfHce," for the fiscal year nineteen hundred, one thousand seven hundred and fifteen dollars and eighty-two cents.
