Owens, late of Company I, Second Regiment Vllisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Blake, late sergeant in Company E, Fourth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, captain of Company H, Twenty-ninth Regiment Vllisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and major of the Forty-second Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventy-two dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
