Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rriioresentatices of the United {,‘;§1‘;,§dg§;$gésed States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ` Interior be, and he ishereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John D. Allen, late of Company H, Sixth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1901. Be it enacted bg the Senate and House of Representatives of the United mgekobina Halbmr States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension. Interioiabe, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the pgovisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of J akobina albertsma, widow of Eli B.
