Sec. 284. The person rendering the service or doin the work or mj-}{3j0*g¤¤¤ 0* ¥i¤¤ _ labor named in sections two hundred and seventy-six and- two hundred ' and seventy-seven of this chapter is only entitled to the liens as provided herein for services, wor , or labor for the riod of six months, or any part thereof next preceding the iling oftfi; claims as provided in section two hundred and eig·hty-six of this title. - ‘ Sec. 285. The person grantin the rivile e mentioned in section I0HgJ£·*i°¤ of IM two hundred and eighty-two of &is titid is only entitled to the lien as P°g°' provided therein for saw logs, spars, iles, and other timber cut during the six months next prece ing the filing of the claim as provided in section two hundred and eighty-six. · Sec. 286. Everiycperson, within thirty days after the rendition of F‘“¤¤ mim- · the services, or a 1'(})Bl‘fo1'IIllllg the work or labor mentioned in sections two hundred an seventy-six and two hundred and seventy-seven of this title, who shall claim the benefit hereof must Hle for record with the recorder of the precinct in which such saw logs, spars, piles, and other timber was cut, or in which such lumber was manufactured, · a claim containing a statement of his demand, and the amount thereof, after deducting, as near as possible, all just credits and offsets, with the name of the person by whom he was employed, with a statement of the terms and conditions `of his contract, if any; and in case there is no express contract, the claim shall state what such service, work, or labor is reasonably worth, and shall also contain a description of the property to be charged with the lien sufficient for identification with reasonable certainty, which claim must be verihed by the oath of _ himself or some other person for him to the effect that the afliant believes the same to be true, which claim shall be substantially in the -f¤¤¤- following form: . ————, claimant, vs. —-——-, defendant. .
