All deferred payments, under provisions of this agreement, ` shall constitute a lien in favor of the tribe on the property for which the debt was contracted, and if, at the expiration of two years from the date of payment of the fifteen per centum aforesaid, default in any annual payment has been made, the lien for the payment of all urchase money remaining unpaid may be enforced in the United States court within the jurisdiction of which the town is located in the same manner as vendor’s liens are enforced; such suit being brought in the name of the principal chief, for the benefit of the tribe. wpggmegg gggotrigg 31.
