M'] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re£»resentatv}ues of the U15 ted g§,§§,‘gd“']§§;,0mbl, States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of VK_ ar discharge- be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to revoke and set aside the special orders of the War Department, dated March thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, dismissing from the service, for absence without leave, Henry Lane, late iirst lieutenant Company F, Thirtieth Regiment New Jersey Volunteers, to date March first, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, because he was then, and for weeks before had been, on duty in the field, and to grant him an_ honorable discharge as of date April seventh, eighteen hundred and slxty-three.
