Adams, widow of Edgar A. Adams, late of Company A, Sixth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Mc lellan, deceased, of Colorado, twelve thousand five hundred dollars, as additional compensation for trans·¥rting the United States mail from Morrison to airplay and from airplay to Leadville, in the State of Colorado, by the said Spottswood and McClellan, from the first day of September, eighteen hundred and seventy-eight, to the tenth day of September, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine. _ Approved, May 17, 1902. [P,i,.,m_ N0_ m0_] ' Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rejwesentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Paul Crum, of the city §,‘}}}Q.@é0rd wp of Fargo, State of North Dakota, shall be held and considered to have wvredserved as a private, Company B, First Regiment North Dakota Volunteer Infantry, in the war with Spain, from February third, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, to March twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, and to have been honorably discharged of said last date. _ Src. 2. That said Paul Crum be, and he is hereby entitled to all P¤v¤¤s¤¤·¤¤¤- privileges and immunities belongipeg to a private sol ier of said regiment the same as though he had n regu arly enlisted therein. Vilson, widow of Junius A. \Vilson, late of Company C, One hundred and twenty-fourth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per mouth in lieu of that she is now receiving.
