Bailey, widow of Charles T. Bailgiy, late of Companies D and G, Thirty-fourth Regiment Michigan olunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of the said Charles T.
