Van Houten. be then m ug' living, a medical examination shall be ordered and the rate of pension allowed by this Act shall be subject to change to accord with the degree of disability then existing. _ Approved, June 30, 1902. Turner, widow of James A. Tdrner, late of Company B, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, Seminole Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. V. Lee’s lot, on the south by lot owned by Dave Walden, and on the west by lot owned by B. M. Stripling, containing one and one-half acres, more or less, being fractional part of the northeast uarter of the southeast quarter o section twenty-four, township three, and range twenty-six, in the county of Henry, State of Alabama; the said roperty being the same that was levied on, sold, and conveyed to the United States in satisfaction of a certain judgment recovered by the United States in the United States circuit court for the middle district of Alabama in a suit on the forfeited bail bond of said Daniel Cherry, the said Cherry having afterwards appeared and was tried and acquitted on the charge made in the case in which said bail bond was given: Prrmided, That before such deed is delivered by the Solicitor @***0-, , H im of the Treasury the sum of iiftv dollars and thirty cents shall be paid pmeeaiiigs. ° ° m over to the Secretary of the Treasury to cover the cost of such forfeiture proceedings in the United States circuit court for the middle district of Alabama.
