Scovell, late of Company I, Third) Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 28, 1902. CHAP. 863.-An Act Granting a pension to Martha R. Osbourn. Osbourn, widow of Francis A. Osbourn, late of Company I, Twentieth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and first lieutenant Company H, Sixteenth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the _minor children of the said Francis A.
