For the Smithsonian Institution, for printing labels and blanks, and for the “Bulletins" and “Proceedings ’ of the National Museum, the editions of which shall not be less than three thousand copies, and binding, in half turkey or material not more expensive, scientific books and pamphlets presented to and acquired by the National Museum Library, twenty-five thousand dollars. For the United States Geological Survey as follows: For engraving the illustrations necessary for the Annual Report or the Director, and for the monographs, professional papers, bulletins, watersulpplyhpapers, and the report on mineral resources, sixty-five thousan o rs. For printing and binding the Annual Report of the Director, the monographs, professional papers, bulletins, water-supply papers, and the report on mineral resources, one hundred and fifty thousand dollars; and said amount shall cover all printing and binding on account of said ublications of the Geologica Survey.
