Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen M. Malloy, widow of William Malloy, late of Company A, Seventh Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.

Rhoads, late of Company B, One hundred and seventy-fifth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
