Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension ihgws, the name of Daniel Smith, late of Company D, Two hundred and sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a }pen— sion at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that e is
