{rnvm, Nc. ms.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Demapyu States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the reunion.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the C nsion roll, sub`ect to the provisions and limitations of the pension lfws, the name ot Delila Dyer, dependent mother of Frank Dyer, late of Company F, Fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per
