Blaine, on the life and character of James A. Garfield, late President of the United States; on February twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred, by honorable John Hay on the life and character of William McKinley, late President of the United States, twelve thousand copies of which shall be for the use of the House of Distribution. Representatives and five thousand copies for the use of the Senate. The Joint Committee on Printing is hereby authorized to have the copy prepared for the Public Printer.
