Use of proceeds from sales of supplies.

States: Provided further, That hereafter all moneys arising from dispositions of serviceable medical and hospital supplies authorized by law and regulation shall constitute one fund on the books of the Treasury Department, which shall be available to replace medicaland hospital supplies throughout the iiscal year in which the d1spos1tions were effected and throughout the following fiscal year.
