That every person, company,_and corporation engaged in catching, curing, or m any manner utilizing iisher roducts, or rn operating fish hatcheries in Alaska, shall ma e detaillxi) annual reports thereof to the Secretary of Commerce and Labor, on blanks furnished by him, covering all such facts as maybe required with ret t thereto for the information of the Department.
