Cleaver, late deputy provost marshal first district of Iowa, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 6, 1907. Grutza, deceased, to be abated;. and that the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to refund the inheritance tax so collected by reason of the assessment made by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue against the said estate, and that the said executor be relieved from the payment of any such tax which may have attached to the said property y reason of the operation of the said law of June thirteenth, eig teen hundred and ninety-eight.
