Biertempfel, a German subject, for loss sustained by him through the action of Louis Stern, United States commercial agent at Bamberg, Germany, in collectin the sum of eight hundred and seventy-one dollars and eight cents Ielonging to Biertempfel and converting it to his own use, and said sum is ereby appropriated for this purpose out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
