Larkin, late deputy United States marshal, eastern district of Tennessee, for expenses incurred in his defense for killing in self-defense a citizen of said State while resisting arrest, and in full compensation of all claims on account thereof, six hundred and ninety-two dollars and fifty-tive cents.
