Na W1-I Be it enacted by the Senate and House efRqn·esmtatives of the United Pm, B,,m_ States efzlmeriea in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤¤i<>¤1¤¢¤¤¤¤¤d· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Peter Burns, late of Company H, Second Regiment Pennsylvania Reserves Volunteer Infantrg, and United States ships Wabash, Saratoga, and Vermont., United tates Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he IIS now receiving.
