Brown, late of Company II, F1 Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pagy him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the same to paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and time of payment without any deduction or rebate on account of former allege overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
