[Pfi*¤¤¢» N<>· 1156] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United 1-,,,,,,,, wml States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤¤¤¤i¤<=¤=¤¤¤·i— Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the _ pension roll, subject to the vprovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Daniel 'ard, late of Company I, Ninth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, First Regiment West Virginia Veteran Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per mont in lieu of that e is now receiving.
