 CHAP. 1605.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eliza A. Bunker. _

[rr1vm,1<¤. ima.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rewresentatives of the United mm A_Bm,k6,_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the remouincrema. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Eliza. A. Bunker, widow of Samuel Bunker, late of Company H, One hundred and iiftieth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per Qékdxmcmon month in lieu of that she is now receiving: Provided, That in the event dw!- ¤f¤¤¤<*· of the death of John S. Bunker, helpless and dependent child of said Samuel Bunker, the additional nsion herein granted shall cease and d,;°,§Q*,§'}n*§,§Q,’}d °“ determine: And provided furtg·, That in the event of the death of Eliza A. Bunker the name of said John S. Bunker shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve ollars per month from and after the ° date of death of said Eliza A.
