Hartshorne, widow of William Ross Hartshorne, late first lieutenant and adjutant F orty-Second Regiment and colonel One hundred and ninetieth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. A. McCaiferty, of O’Neill, Nebraska, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, sixty-five dollars, for furnishing a casket and a hearse and defraying all other expenses incident to the burial of the remains of John De Boer, a private soldier in Troop G, First United States Cavalry, stationed at Fort Meade, South Dakota, such burial having been made at the request of the commanding military officer at said Fort Meade. P¤Y¤¤¤¤¤¤>- Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Methodist Church at New Haven, Kentucky, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred dollars, for the use, occupation, and injuries committed by the military forces of the United States upon said church property during the war of the rebellion; and said sum shall be in full of all claims of said church against the Government of the United States for the use of or damages to the property of said church at said place.
