Bruce, late of Company1L, First Regiment Virginia Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay `m a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. No- 1712] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives oft/ie United James N,m,m_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¢¤¤1<>¤i¤¤¤¤¤¢<1- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisionsand limitations of the pension aws, the name of James Nunan, late of Company H, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1906.
