[Private N0- 3169-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of RK1i;esentatices of the United _m,,,,,P_H,,mm,,,,d_ States of America in Congress assembled, t the Secretary of the P¢¤¤*¤¤ i¤¢¤=¤¤¤· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed ·to place on the pension roll, subject to the paovisions and limitations of the pension ws, the name of J ehial P. mmond, late of Company B, Seventy- second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
