Swett ` a patent for one hundred and sixty acres of contiguous, nonmineral ublic land, subject to homcstea entry, to be selected by the said Edgar P. Swett within two years of the passage of this Act to indemnify said Swett on account of a previous entry made by him which was held invalid.
