To carr out the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act for the ex‘?)*j,$’°d *‘°°¤°' withdraws from bond, tax free, of domestic alcohol when rendered vm. a4,` p. 217. unfit for beverage or liquid medicinal uses by mixture with suitable denaturing materials," as amended by the Act of March second, nine- 4 teen hundred and seven.
