Such donation shall be made subject to rules and regulations covering the same in the Department, and the Government shall be at no expense in connection with this donation. Sec. 9. Such donation shall be made subject to rules and regulations covering the same in the Department, and the Government shall be at no expense in connection with this donation. Sec. 10. Such donation shall be made subject to the rules and regulations covering the same in the Department, and the Government shall be at no expense in connection with this donation. Sm. 11.
