That within one yeai from the date of the approval of this Act §E;‘{,}‘f{$,§',‘f}§f‘,, any religious or missionary society now occupying, under proper *¤¤•r¤¤¤¤·¤¤*¤¤¤•- authority, for religious or educational work amonglthe Indians, any lands on the Siletz Reservation in Oregon shall ave the right to purchase ten acres of land on said reservation, or a less quantity at the option of the purchaser, at the rate of two dollars and fifty *’¤¤° lm •°¤‘°· cents per acre, and the same shall be conveyed to such religious or missionary society by patent. - norms.
