Bloom, late postmaster at Clearfield, State of Pennsylvania, to be credited with the sum of one hundred and eighteen ollars and eighteen cents, and that he cause said credit to be certified to the Auditor of the Treasury for the Post-Office Department, being ou account of loss of one hunged and ktwenty-tlgree dollars m postal zgunds y robbery of said post-o ce on the tenth a of February cig teen hundred and ninety-seven, and sixty-six dollars and twelve; cents for expenses incurred in the effort to apprehend the burglars, it appearing that said loss was without fault or negligence on the part of said late postmaster; and the sum of one hundred and eighteen dollars and Avrrovrwivneighteen cents is hereby appropriated, out ot any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriate , to pay said claim.
