The State of North Dakota shall constitute one judicial §g{°‘;6D,‘§‘g’§°· district, to be known as the district of North Dakota. The territory Divisidm- ` embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Burleigh; Stutsman, nigan, McIntosh, Emmons, Kidder · Foster, Wells, Mc an, and She an, and all the territo in said State lyilrjg west of the Missouri River and south of the twelliilh standard par el, shall constitute the southwestern division of said district; and the territolrjy embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Cass, Ric and, Barnes, Dickey, Sargent, Lamoure, Ransom, Griggs, and Steele, shall constitute the southeastern division; and the tcrritary embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Grand orks, Traill, Walsh, Pembina, Cavalier, and Nelson ‘ shall constitute the northeastern division; and the territo embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Ramsey, Eddy, Benson, Towner, Rolette, Bottineau, Pierce, and McHenry, shall constitute the northwestern division; and the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the coimties of Ward, Williams, and Montraille, and all the territory in said State lying west of the Missouri River and north of the twelfth standard parallel, shall constitute the western division. The several Indian reservations and guts thereof within said State I¤¤i¤¤*¤¤*="¤**¤¤¤· shall constitute a part of the several 'visions within which they are respectively situated. Terms of the district court for the south- '1‘¤¤¤¤ western division shall be held at_ Bismarck on the first Tuesday in March; for the southeastern division, at Fargo on the third Tuesday ' in May; for the northeastern division, at Grand Forks on the second Tuesday in November; for the northwestern division, at Devils Lake on the first Tuesday in July; and for the western division, at Minot on the second Tuesday in October. Temis of the district court for the eastern division shall be Temheld at Cleveland on the first Tuesdays in February, April, and October, and at Youngstown on the first Tuesda after the first Monday in March; and for the western division, at 'iyoledo on the last Tuesdays in April and October. Crimes and offenses committed in the eastern division shall be cognizable at the terms held at Cleveland, or at Youngstown, as the court may direct. Any suit brought in the eastern division may, in the discretion of the court, be tried at the term held at Youngstown.
