Terms of the district Termscourt shall be held at Pittsburg on the first Mondafy in May and the third Monday in October; and at Erie on the thir ,Monday in July and the second Monday in January. Sec. 104. The State of Rhode sland shall constitute one judicial ,,,_ district, to be known as the district of Rhode Island. Terms of the 'rernis ’ district court shall be held at Providence on the fourth Tuesday in May and the third Tuesday in November; and at Newport on the second Tuesday in May an the third Tuesday in October. Sec. 105. The State of South Carolina is divided into two districts, §,*f*g{**£;’°5§g**; 9, to be known as the eastern and western districts of South Carolina. Wesérn iiistiiictl The western district shall include the territory embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Chester, Edgefield, Fairfield, Greenville, Greenwood, Lancaster, Laurens, Newberry, Oconee, Pickens, Salud a, Spartanburg, Union and York. Terms of the district court for the western T°"‘“’· district shall be held at Greenville on the third Tuesdays in April _ and October. The eastern district shall include the territory em- E“‘°"" "‘S“‘°‘· braced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, m the counties of Aiken, Bamberg, Barnwell, Beaufort, Berkeleig Calhoun, Charleston Chesterfield, Clarendon, Colleton, Darlington, orchester, Florence, Georgetown, Hampton, Horry, Kershaw, Lee, Lexington, Marion, Marlboro, Orangeburg, Richland, Sumter, and Williamsburg. Terms of the district court for the eastern district shall be held at 'f¤¤¤•- Charleston on the iirst Tuesdays in June and December; at Columbia on the third Tuesday in January and the first Tuesday in November, the latter term to be solely for the trial of civil cases; and at Florence on the first Tuesda in March. The offices of the clerk of the district °m°°°· court shall be at Greenville, and at Charleston; and the clerk shall reside in one of said cities and have a deputy in the other. Sec. 106.
