Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofR?rese1ttatives of t/ee United — [ 1 States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the §g;l¤=I¤¤i¤¤ Rem- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to dispose of the lands reserved Wnaspimi of reserved under the provisions of article four of the agreement concluded with ”’§‘,‘2,’{_‘§§; ,,_ 3.,, the Indians of the Siletz Reservation on October thirty-first, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, and ratified by the Act of Con ress approved August fifteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-four (Twenty-eighth Statutes at Large, page three hundred and twenty-five), at public auction, in such areas and on such terms and conditions as he may prescribe. _ _ Sec. 2.
