Taft, President of the United States M¥j3£¤•¤ f<> r¤¤¤ . of America, by virtue of the power in me vested by the Act of Congress v¤1.a6,p.:¤s. approved June fourth, eighteen hundred and ninety-seven, entitled " Ah Act Making appropriations for sundry civil expenses of the Government for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety~eight, and or other purposes," do proclaim that on and after July first, nineteen hundred and ten, the boundaries of the Tusa an National Forest shall be as shown on the diagram forming a part hereof. The withdrawal made b this proclamation shall, as to all lands mag, ¤sM¤ M which are at this date legalliy appro[l>)r)iat,ed under the public land laws ` or reserved for any ubhc purpose, subject to and shall not interfere with or defeat lzgal rights under such appropriation, nor prevent the use for such pub ic purpose of lands so reserved, so long as such appropriation is egally maintained or such reservation remains in force.
