Appropriation fof Martin, widow of James P. Martin, who lost his life as the result of °°ym°°"°' injuries received on the sixth day of April, nineteen hundred and six, by being run over by an engine of the_ sthmian Canal Commission at Paraiso, belonging to the United States, being operated on the Panama Railroad at Paraiso, in the Canal Zone, be hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the same to be paid to the said Elizabeth G. Martin by the Secretary of the Treasury immediately upon the approval of this Act. Approved, June 17, 1910.
