Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United [Private, No. 150.] States0fAmerica in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treas- fQ;§1°§,{,,;“*°¤· ury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to William J. ` Allen, sergeant-major Thirteenth Regiment United States Cavalry, the sum of eighty dollars and fourteen cents, and said sum of eighty dollars and iourteen cents is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropmated, the value of rsonal property belonging to said William J. Allen and destroyed)6 by tire in an armEy tent on September sixteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-four, at ort Wingate, New Mexico, while the said William J. No- 151.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the §’e‘g;,},'i,§,Fj,*;,°‘[,’;‘§f,;,, Treasury be. and he hereby is, directed to redeem the United States bondswesms of- _ coupon bonds numbered one hundred and ninety-three thousand four hundred and ninety-seven and eighty-five thousand two hundred and one, each for the principal sum ogone thousand dollars, together with the unpaid coupons thereon for the interest on the first-mentioned bond from July first, eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, to F ebruary sixteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, and for the interest on the last-mentioned bond from Januar first, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, to November third, eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, said bonds having been issued under the Act of March third, eighteen hundred and sixt -five, and belonging to the loan known as consols of eighteen hundredl and sixty-tive, in favor of the duly appointed and ualified executor or executor de bonis non of the estate of John V.
