Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatimes zjthe United States of America in Congress assembled, That the town of Okanogan, 3£°"" a mumcipal corporation of the State of Washington, its successors ¤¥¤m` and assigns, bs, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge, with approaches thereto, across the Olcanogan River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, from the lower or easterly end of Pine Street, in said town, to a point directly op osite on the Colville Indian Reservation.
