That each hcense issued un er sections four and nine of this Act shall be issued for a period not exceeding one year and shall specify the date uggp which it is to terminate, and upon showing satisfactory to the rotary of Agriculture may from time to time be renewed or extended by a written instrument, which shall spemify the date of its termination. 4 B¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤· "Sec. 6.
