[Public, M, ml Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United §‘,§{’,fQ§,,§{‘,j’i,,,,,,S ,,,_ States of America in Congress assembled, That from and after the pass- $:3 P'}¥`°h|:*§£• of age of this Act any person who has helietofore entered under the homestead laws and paid a price e uiva ent to or eater than $4 per acre, lands embraced in a cededillndian reservatgdn, shall, upon proof of such fact, if otherwise qualified, be entitled to the benefits p,.,.,i,.,_ of the homestead law as though such former entry had not been °,§_““ ¥“°° P“Y"“’°*· made: Provided, That the provisions of this Act shall not apply to any person who has failed to pay the full price for his former entry, or w ose former ent was cance ed for fraud.
