Lynch, collector 0 internal revenue for the district of Minnesota, and his accoimts with the sum of $35,207.14%, being the value of currency, coin and various kinds of stamps charged to him and which were stolen irom the vault of his office uring the night of January sixthilnineteen hundred and sigrteen, together with other stamps which ave since been returned him.
