Giragossian relating to the Gara ed, or its prmciple, which shall prove valuable and essential thereto in the o inion of the Secretary of the Interior during the pleriod of the said Garabed T. K. Giragossian’s special protection s all be bought by the United States Government or its own _ use in conjunction with its use of the said "Garabed," with adequate U’°l"°‘”’“°”°‘“‘ compensation to the inventor or contriver thereof. If, however, the said Garabed T. K.
