PROCLAMATIONS, 1917. 1711 lands in the a.reas excluded from the Fishlake National Forest by V°l· 38, P- 195*- proclamation of June twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and thirteen- and WIIEREAS, it appears that certain lands heretofore embraced in the Fislilake National Forest within the State of Utah, should be transferred to and made a lpart of the Manti National Forest, Utah; Now, therefore, I, WOO ROW WILSON, President of the United Am ‘“’¤l¤‘Sl‘°d- States of America, by virtue of the power in me vested by the Act V°‘-3°· 1*36- of Congress approved June fourth, eighteen hundred and ninety- seven (30 Stat., 11 at 34 and 36), entitled "An Act Makin appropriations for sundryugvil expenses of the Government for fire figcal year ending June t ° ieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eig‘_ht, and` or other purposes", do p)rocla1m that the boundaries of the ishlake National orest are here y changed and that they are now as shown on the diagram hereto annexed and formin a part hereof; and that ·*““· P- "°°· this proclamation and that changing the boundaries of the Manti National Forest, which I have also signed this same day, are made and are intended to be and shall be considered as one act to become effective simultaneous] .
