Whitten; thence by the last mentioned land North 88° 30’ East 371.7 feet to a point; thence by other land of the said John Cadwalader on a line parallel with the said center line and 200 feet distant southeastwardly therefrom crossing a public road west of Edgewood Station South 63° West 9,714.3 feet to a point in the easterly line of land now or formerly of John T. Gunther aforesaid; thence by said land North 18° 45’ est 141.5 feet to a point in the southeasterly line of land of the said Railroad Company; thence by said land on a line parallel with the said center line and 60 feet distant southeastwardly therefrom North 63° East 4,526 feet to a point in the middle of the public road West of Ed ewood Station aforesaid and thence along middle of said road North 12° 45’ East 26 feet to the place of beginning.
