I tm Ra Be it enacted by the Senate and House of R'1e§resenmtives of the United , rienmd ee intunal States of Amenka in assembled, at the Secretary of the 2 g;“,;‘,;f,}f"°"’“"“‘ Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to (pay to Catherma Rea, l administratrix of the estate of John Rea, eceased, owner of the Gilroy Winery Distillery Company, the sum of $173.50, which sum · i is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not other- ‘ wise appropriated, be' stamp tax on three barrels of fruit spmts, packages six hundred al-[doll twenty-four to six hundred and twenty-six, mclusrve, which while in transit under bond from said distrllery to one of the cial bonded warehouses of the first internal revenue district of Cmornia, was seized by United States authorities at the Southern Pacific depot on or about April twentieth, nineteen hundred and six for the rehef committee for use in hospital work at the time of the San Francisco earthquake, and, for the value of which spirits the owner has never been paid.
