T”¤°'°"°P°'*· Said commission shall render its first report and recommendations to the Congress and to the President not later than January 15, 1923. m‘Q¤ *¤“*¤·=**¤*¤·*¤=· Said commission shall render its separate report on_the_anthracite industry on or before July 1, 1923, and shall endeavor, 111 said separate report and in the recommendations contained therein, rezgarding wages in the anthracite industry, to take into consideration e con- _ _ ditrons obtaining up to the time when said report is made. ,uI{}h‘§‘,y‘:‘?§$m'{§n§§§ That any officer or employee of the commission who shall make i¤'°¤¤¤**°¤ °*>°•*¤°°- public any information obtained by the commission without its authority, unless directed by a court, shall be deemed guilt of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $5,000, or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court. In the case of a deposition the testimony shall be reduced to writin by the erson taking the deposition or under his direction and be sugbscribedp to by the deionent.
