Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representattves of the §`(Q¥,§}°%§§'§§,¤,, United States of America in Congress assembled, That the State myhég egg Highway Department of South Carolina and the State Highway tiesol6conee,S.C.,aud Department of Georgia, in cooperation with the progierlly constituted S‘°P“°‘“· °°· authorities of Oconee County, South Carolina and tep ens County, Georgia, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, operate, and maintain a highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Tugaloo River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation and at or near a point known as the Old Southern Railroad Bridge, cemmeuen. between the counties of Oconee, South Carolina, and Stephens, V"' 3"P‘“‘ Georgia, in accordance with the provisions of the Act . entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," a proved March 23, 1906.
